The route is approximately 24 miles long. Starting at the Sun Inn in Hulverstone, through Brook and along the Military Road to the halfway rest point at Blackgang. From Blackgang continue through Niton and Chale then back along the Military Road to the finish at The Sun Inn in Hulverstone.
